Real estate agents and brokers attend and successfully complete three courses offered by the below list of education providers, become an Alpha W.O.L.F. member, and you meet the education requirements for these designations. Real estate agents can earn the Certified Land Agent (CLA) designation. Real estate brokers can earn the Certified Land Broker (CLB) designation. To obtain your CLA or CLB complete the membership form.

Think You have the Credentials to become a CLA or CLB all ready?
Have you taken other
advanced education from other education providers? Do you have
experience in land brokerage? For a short time, W.O.L.F. is allowing other education, previous land related real estate experience, and accomplishments to possibly waive one or more courses needed for designation, along with becoming an Alpha W.O.L.F. member. Send us a short letter letting us know why our designation committee should allow one or more courses to be waived.
